Ingredients
1 lb. Sugar cookie dough
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
grenadine
Baileys
amaretto
maraschino cherries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease mini muffin pan. Form 1 tablespoon balls from sugar cookie dough and roll in sugar to prevent sticking. Fill each muffin hole with 1 tbsp

Allow tarts to cool for 5 minutes, then gently transfer to cooling rack to let cool completely.
Melt semisweet chocolate chips and spoon melted chocolate into each tartlet, evenly coating a thin layer on the bottom and sides. Transfer to refrigerator to set, 20 minutes
